Pay it Forward

The Diversity & Inclusion Change Maker Programme equips aspiring Change Makers with the skills and support they need to drive positive change within their organisations. Our second cohort kicks off in September 2024.

By contributing just £200, you can sponsor a participant that is unable to fund the course and does not have the support from their employer, to join our transformative 12-week programme. Your support will enable them to implement impactful DEI initiatives, creating lasting change in their workplaces. Many of those that will benefit from the ‘Pay it Forward’ support are from under represented groups.
