Successful author and self-development coach, Leonie Huie, features in this next video in our Leadership & Empowerment Interview Series.

Passionate about progressing the skillset of middle leaders, Leonie talks about the importance of empowering individuals to take on senior leadership positions and supporting people of colour when taking on such roles.

As a mother of three, Leonie feels strongly about women having more opportunities of leadership roles.

Head on over to our YouTube channel to listen to Atlyn and Leonie’s discussion.

Our third guest in this series is transformational coach, Dany Dubard. As a successful Black woman who has worked in white, male dominated industries, including senior leadership roles, Dany has always felt the need to “fight” for her place.

Having worked for 10 years managing a team, Dany realised that her passion was helping colleagues harness their strengths, whilst considering personality types. This transitioned into becoming a coach to help leaders reach their full potential and create meaningful change in every aspect of life, such as personal growth, awareness and working towards goals.

Dany is also actively involved in working with the NHS Mental Health sector, to support employees and their well-being.
